Nearby a subway station, the location was unbeatable and excellent, very close to subway made it convenient to get around. The staffs were absolutely friendly and very caring and the service was thoughtful! I was offered a satisfactory breakfast with black tea and rice and pickles.

The breakfast is excellent, available with fish and Western food, for example. This property is in an excellent location, so close to bus stops of Shijo Karasuma, the major tourist sites in Kyoto and Kinka-Ji temples & Ryokan Rock Gardens. Shimogyo Ward is a district that deserves exploring.

Stayed for 1 night and was impressed by this business hotel. Its staff was accommodating and supper friendly. Greatly enjoyed our rooms with cubicle bathroom.

The breakfast is satisfactory, the room is well-equipped and brand-new with cubicle bathroom. There are lots of supplies like: an electric kettle, climate control, and an electronic key card. The hotel is in the very central location close to transport. The bets part that it's close enough to close to a subway station, the Nishiki market, and the metro station and bus stops of Shijo Karasuma.

Good and incredible setting, very close to other all major attractions in Kyoto, center of town, and Kyōto. Well-equipped room with central heating, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator; and with nice decor.

The room was great value here with cubicle bathroom. Everything was perfect, I thoroughly enjoyed that. The location turned out to be convenient, not far from Really close to underground stations, Nishiki Market, Gion including Pontocho, the Shinkyogoku and Teramachi shopping arcades, and the Kawaramachi shopping, restaurant, and nightlife area, and Shijo Station of the Kyoto subway Karasuma line and Karasuma Station of the Hankyu line.

The room was good value for money and had an electric kettle and refrigerators. I've been here for 5 nights, the breakfast was sensational and satisfactory with black tea to drink and pickles. Very central location of this business hotel was a bonus.

The place was clean, a decent size and beautiful rooms. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect - in the centre of Kyoto. I went everywhere from an underground station as it was next to the hotel.

Had facilities needed in my double room, including an electronic key card, a work desk, and a TV set. The hotel had a very central location and it was close to Sugimoto Family House.

Shame the bathroom was a little small.

The hotel was brilliant, I loved its superfriendly staff. Booked a room with cubicle bathroom. The location was great, not too far away from a historic marketplace. In the restaurant they served Western cuisine dishes.
